Derechos del menor en clave salesiana

Abstract
El autor comienza su artículo con un recorrido histórico para entender cómo se ha llegado al concepto de ¿menor'. Inmediatamente después de estas primeras reflexiones afirma que la educación es un derecho fundamental reconocido universalmente. Desde esta clave sitúa la labor pastoral del joven sacerdote Juan Bosco, quien se acerca al mundo juvenil con una finalidad educativo-evangelizadora. La educación sigue siendo ¿afirma el autor- el principal problema de nuestra sociedad, y hoy somos testigos de algunas dificultades en el ámbito educativo: crisis de autoridad, de sentido y de socialización. En la última parte del artículo centra sus reflexiones en el Sistema Preventivo como respuesta a la urgencia educativa.
